This Privacy Policy describes how Shimauma Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we") handles user information in the app "Glitch Bento".

- Usage data via Firebase Analytics (device information, usage logs, crash reports, etc.).
- User-generated Remix data (recipe data such as layout, text, and effect settings). This is stored on our servers (Firestore) to facilitate the sharing features (Remix Link/QR).
2. Purpose of Use
- To improve the quality and functionality of the App.
- To provide user support and investigate issues.
- To facilitate the sharing and remixing of content between users.
- To analyze usage and diagnose crashes (Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics).
3. Service Providers and International Transfers
- Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore) acts as our data processor.
Data may be processed in the United States or other regions where these providers operate. We do not sell personal information or use data for advertising tracking.
4. Your Rights
If you are located in the EEA/UK/Switzerland or California, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your information. We respond to requests as required by law.
5. Data Deletion Requests
Although this App does not require user account registration, it uses an anonymous account to support sharing and reporting. You can delete your account and associated data in the app (Settings → Delete Account). If you wish to request deletion without the app or delete a specific Remix, please contact us via the form below with the relevant Remix URL.
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery.
